Yes, you can do that! An additional charge will apply, but you can choose to keep more than 1 of the fits. You'll see this option once you complete you fitting online.
And we're finding this is actually fairly common: one shirt for the gym or as an undershirt, then another fit for everyday wear.
What if I don't like any of the fits?
You can choose to exchange 'em if they're too loose or too tight and change your starting point for just $6. This includes 2 brand new fits, another 7 Day Wash & Wear Trial, and a new prepaid return mailer, too!
If you don't like any of the fits, $10 of the fitting is non-refundable. You can choose to return all 3 shirts from the fitting and receive a refund of the amount you paid less the non-refundable $10 (and less any applicable sales taxes).
If you're between sizes and need help picking a starting size, then just email us your chest size (if you know it) and/or your height & weight. We'll take care of you!
Yes! At any point, you can always decide to do another Fitting. You'll see this option in your account. A new Fitting charge will apply, and it'll come with 3 brand new fits in your new size, another 7 Day Wash & Wear Trial, and a new prepaid return mailer.
I need to make a return.
For fittings, you can wash and wear the shirts as much as you'd like. You can use the prepaid return mailer we include to make the return. You'll activate the label online once you complete your fitting.
For subsequent orders of additional shirts, just reply to your order confirmation, and we'll take care of you. Shirts must be unwashed, unworn, in their original condition, and in their original packaging for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase. At our discretion, we may be able to exchange for a store credit towards a future order if they have been removed from their packaging (within 14 days of purchase). Exchanged items or items purchased with a store credit cannot be returned or exchanged.
